Occasions

One chef, one bartender and the service team your guest list needs. We bring the kitchen and the bar; tableware and glassware we rent through partners. You open the door.

For brands

Brand activations

Launches, gallery openings, fashion presentations. A custom menu and signature drinks built around your product, colours and story.

At the office

Corporate lunches

Team lunches, board meetings and client days. Seasonal sharing plates or bowl food, delivered and served on time, with invoices your finance team will like.

For two families

Weddings

Intimate weddings and after-parties: a welcome drink on arrival, dinner, a late-night snack and a bar that keeps going as long as you do.

Somewhere unexpected

Dinner parties

A seated dinner where you would not expect one: an event location, a gallery after hours, a rooftop, a loft or a place only you know. We build the kitchen and the bar on site and turn the evening into an experience.

At home

Private house parties

Birthdays, anniversaries, a Friday that deserves it. Flying bites, a cocktail bar set up in your living room, staff who leave the kitchen cleaner than they found it.

Something else

Tell us your idea

A supper club in a studio, a cocktail workshop for your team, a brunch on a boat. If there is a table and a bar, we will probably say yes.

The team

All three of us have worked at PETER’S in Berlin. Now we bring the kitchen and the bar to you.

Yurii, chef, holding a sandwichPhoto · chef portrait
KitchenYurii

Our rock’n’roller at the stove, and always razor-sharp when it comes to cooking. Yurii ran successful gastro projects in Odesa and Kyiv before Berlin, where he cooked at Mine Restaurant and PETER’S and runs his own project, Bite Lords. He writes anything from an exquisite dinner to a funky modern menu, and knows how to feed a big crowd without losing the detail.

Rodion, bartender, pouring a cocktailPhoto · bartender portrait
BarRodion

A gifted mixologist who learned the craft at FAKULTÄT Bar, then worked some of Berlin’s best counters: Bar & Salon Provocateur, Bar Clara and PETER’S. Rodion builds a drinks list for your event from scratch, or serves perfect classics at full speed for a large party.

Peter, host, holding a serving trayPhoto · host portrait
HostPeter

Your right hand and personal manager for the dinner, event or cocktail party. Born in Düsseldorf, with years in Switzerland and Paris, Peter has called Berlin home for 12 years, working with Standard Serious Pizza, Mine Restaurant and Design Hotels. After a stint in the corporate world he opened PETER’S Bar, hosting exhibitions, weddings, company events and collaborations with big brands. All of that now goes into your event.

Plan your event

Eight short questions. Answer what you know; "not sure yet" is a fine answer. You will see everything before anything is sent.

Questions

Anything else, write to us directly.

What is the minimum number of guests?

Six guests, for every kind of event. Below that we are happy to quote a flat fee for a private chef evening.

How far ahead should we book?

Three to four weeks for most events, two to three months for weddings and December dates. Short notice works surprisingly often, so just ask.

Where do you cater?

All of Berlin, Potsdam and Brandenburg. Further away on request, with travel costs shown separately.

Can you handle allergies and dietary needs?

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and allergy menus are planned from the start, not improvised on the night. Tell us in the request.

Do you bring plates, glasses and furniture?

We bring our own bar equipment. Tableware and glassware, as well as tables, chairs, tents and heaters, we rent through trusted partners. They are not included in our price and are listed separately in the proposal.

What is included in the price per guest?

Menu, ingredients, cooking and service staff for the agreed hours, and clean-up. Drinks are offered as packages only, never charged by consumption. Tableware and glassware are rented through partners and listed separately. Prices for companies plus VAT, for private clients incl. VAT.
